TAI CHI and Qi Gong benefit to PTSD Recovery
I have for many years now believed that regular practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong has benefits for both physical and mental health. The folllowing article I think adequately demonstrates that this is definately the case for, at least some, of those suffering from the physical and emotional effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
